01About these terms

These terms apply to this website and every page on it. The site is run by MIRAS, a marketing agency at Burj Alfardan, Lusail, Qatar. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use it.

02Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, share links to our pages and get in touch. When you use the site, please don’t:

• use it for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
• try to break it, overload it or get around its security
• copy or collect its content or data with automated tools, such as scrapers or bots
• send us spam, or anything that contains malicious code.

We may change, suspend or restrict any part of the site at any time.

03Our content

The MIRAS name and logos, the Mira character, and the site’s design, text, images and code belong to MIRAS or to those who have licensed them to us. You may not copy, reuse, adapt or sell any of it without our written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always fine.

04Concept work

The Work section shows concept projects: speculative work MIRAS made on its own initiative to show how we approach a brief. Each one is marked “Concept”.

The brand names in them are fictional, and they are not our clients. The images are illustrative visualisations made for these concepts. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended. If you think a concept is too close to yours, email us and we’ll look at it.

05Briefs, proposals and projects

Sending us a brief or a message doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to anything. We start work only once we’ve both signed a proposal or agreement, and its terms then apply to that project.

Prices, timings and deliverables are only those we confirm in writing. What this site says about our services is a general description, not an offer. Please send us only material you have the right to share.

06Information on this site

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information. It may change without notice and isn’t professional advice, so please talk to us before relying on it for a decision.

07Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.

We provide the site as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent Qatari law allows, MIRAS isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit or exclude.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data, and our Cookie policy lists what the site stores in your browser.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site. If something goes wrong, please tell us first. We’ll always try to settle it with you directly.

12Language

These terms are available in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
